All our devices are I-IoT and WiFi enabled, connecting devices without cables. This removes the uncertainties of cable failures and device-not-ready conditions during data transfers. Security in communication is of utmost priority for all pluGence devices.

Easy to pair devices with our Android mobile-app in a secured way. If configured Wifi is not available, then the device starts as a Wifi-Host. This enables you to configure the device by pairing the mobile-app with the device.

•     RFID SCANNER

  RFID tagged objects can be tracked at each point of process flow. For example, apparels or their fragments can be tracked at cutting, sewing, and packing sections.
  A machine operator can swipe the operations-card to mark the operation states like start, end, pause etc. Configurable to send the object-code and scanner-location to your ERP/MIS application.

•     BARCODE SCANNER

  Objects tagged with barcode stickers can be tracked at each point of process flow. For example, apparels or their fragments can be tracked at cutting, sewing, and packing sections.
  These scanners automatically detect when an object is taken near the scanner's eye. This avoids need to manually trigger the scanner to start reading the barcode. Configurable to send the object-code and scanner-location to your ERP/MIS application.

•     COUNTER

  Counter reflects the scan status of the objects in real-time for reconciliation - like the count of successful scans made on a RFID reader or barcode scanner. This device can be configured to accept counts from specific devices only from device-network.
  Even switchboard and sensors too can be configured to send their status. Counter displays status of all authorised devices of network in a round-robin way.

•     SENSORS

  This special IoT device has sensors to measure/sense temperature, humidity, light, proximity, and smoke. Other pluGence devices can fetch these parameters for their own actions.
  Rules can be written for sensors to turn ON or OFF a point in switch-boards. The rules are configurable through mobile-app and our cloud applications (pluMTES). Mobile-app too shows the various sensor parameters like temperature, humidity ...

•     SWITCH-BOARD

  With these wifi-enabled switch-board you can control any electrical gadgets remotely. Rules on sensor devices can send ON or OFF messages to the switch-board based on their current sensed parameters like temperature, humidity, proximity etc.
  You can also control the switch-board via our Android app from your smart-phones.

•     APPLICAITONS

  Our Android mobile-app interfaces you to configure all pluGence devices like setting up your end-point to post scan data. Displays total, success and failure scans/reads of scanners. Devices can be paired with your existing wifi-router.
  Optionally, configure devices to post data to cloud. Multi-tenant enterprise system [pluMTES], helps you to manage devices and data. You can map your objects, from ERP perspective, to tags and barcode. This helps you visulise the tracking and transactions from real-world perspective.
